The content of this page is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. This content must be used correctly and lawfully by anyone making use of it and, more specifically, the user is obliged to use such content appropriately, in accordance with current or future legislation.

The content included on this website, or on any site derived from it, may not be used in a manner contrary to law, morality or generally accepted standards of public order.

The transmission, by any means or in any form, of content or information that the user may post to this website or to any other site derived from it that could infringe the property rights of third parties, or that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, threatening in nature, or material that could be considered a criminal offense under current legislation as set out in the Criminal Code or its future amendments, is prohibited.

Reproduction and/or publication, in whole or in part, of the website, its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation or any other legally recognized rights of its owner, is not permitted without prior written permission.

The user may exclusively use the material appearing on this website for personal and private use, and its use for commercial purposes or to engage in unlawful activities is prohibited. All rights derived from intellectual property are expressly reserved by the Consortium.

The Consortium will ensure compliance with the above conditions as well as the proper use of the content presented on its web pages, exercising all civil and criminal actions applicable in the event of infringement or breach of these rights by the user.

4. Privacy policy and protection of personal data

Within the framework of compliance with current legislation, set out in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and within the framework of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the user is informed that the personal data provided in this form will be incorporated into a file owned by the Consortium, which will be used to respond to any query the user may raise.

If, after reading this policy, the user continues to use the website, they will be expressing their express acceptance of this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. Otherwise, a user who does not agree with this policy should leave the website.

The user accessing the website is not obliged to provide personal data. Therefore, any provision of personal data will be made because the user has voluntarily decided on a personalized navigation or use of the website's services.

The Consortium has adopted security levels appropriate to the data provided and has also installed all the technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to and theft of the data provided to us.

5. Limitations, warranties and liabilities

A. The Consortium undertakes, through this medium, not to engage in misleading advertising. To this effect, formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the Consortium's website sections, resulting from incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections, will not be considered misleading advertising. As a result of the provisions of this section, the Consortium undertakes to correct such errors as soon as it becomes aware of them.

B. The Consortium undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. To this effect, information sent to website users shall not be considered a commercial communication provided it is intended to maintain the relationship between the user and the Consortium, as well as to carry out information, training and other activities inherent to the service.

C. The Consortium is not responsible for any breach of applicable regulations that the user may incur in accessing the website and/or using the information contained therein.

D. The Consortium shall not be liable for any damages arising or that may arise, of whatever nature, from the use of the information or the materials contained on this website. Links and hypertext that enable the user to access services and offerings provided by third parties through the website do not belong to, nor are they under the control of, the Consortium, which is not responsible for the information contained therein nor for any effects that may arise from such information.

E. The Consortium is not responsible for the illegitimate use that third parties may make of brand names, product names or trademarks that, not being owned by the Consortium, appear on the website. Nor is it responsible for the integrity, accuracy or lawfulness of the content of links to websites that may be accessed from the website.

F. The user of the page, or of any page that may derive from it, shall be liable for any damages the Consortium may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of the breach of any of the obligations arising from this legal notice.

G. The Consortium is not responsible for any damage, including without limitation direct or indirect losses or expenses, arising from or as a consequence of the use of the page or of the pages derived from it.

H. In the event of a judicial request, the Consortium will cooperate with the relevant authorities in identifying those responsible for any content that may violate the law.

I. The Consortium shall not be liable in cases of performance failure, error, omission, interruption, transmission delay, computer virus, system or line failure, nor for the content, accuracy and opinions expressed, or other connections provided through these means.

The Consortium reserves the right to unilaterally modify the configuration of this page or the services provided on it, at any time and without prior notice. If you do not agree with the following terms or conditions, please do not access this address or any page or link within it.

7. Notifications

Any written notification may be addressed to the Consortium's registered office as stated in the header of these terms and conditions of service, as well as to the email address contacto@redguardianes.es for forwarding to the relevant data controller.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Consortium and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or applicable legislation that may correspond to them, submit to Spanish common law and to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Zaragoza (Spain).

The user declares to have read these general conditions or terms of service, fully and expressly accepting and consenting to everything set out in each of them.
