Within the framework of compliance with current legislation, as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable current regulations on the matter, and Law 34/02, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the purpose of which is to guarantee and protect, as regards the processing of personal data and information security of our users, and which are carried out under security levels that prevent the loss or manipulation of data.

How do we obtain personal data?
The Consortium collects personal data that you provide through the forms included on the website, our email addresses, and through telephone contact.
When you fill in the forms available on the website, you must approve both the portal's terms of use and this privacy policy.
By approving this privacy policy, you are agreeing that the Consortium may process and store your personal data, in addition to everything set out in this document.
What personal data is obtained?
The Consortium collects the following data through the website form which the user has freely accessed: Name, phone number, location and email address.
The Consortium, outside the website, usually by phone or email, will collect the data necessary to maintain a business relationship and the information necessary for billing its services: First and last name or company name, postal address, postal code, city, province, country, tax ID (NIF or CIF), and bank details for issuing invoices.
What is your personal data used for?
To maintain a business relationship with you in compliance with accounting, legal, tax and administrative obligations.
To be able to respond to you in case you make a query or request a quote.
The personal data requested is mandatory, such that refusal to provide it will make it impossible to carry out the contracted services or respond to queries.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The user's personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the purposes of meeting any legal, accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
If you exercise your right to erasure, your data will be blocked and kept restricted and available to the competent authorities for the period set by law to address any potential criminal, commercial or administrative liabilities.

Data shared with third parties
The Consortium will not disclose users' personal data to any third party without a legal basis that legitimizes such processing. Except:
- To Public Administrations in cases provided for by law.
- Accounting advisors.
- To measure the use of our services, we use the external provider Google, which uses cookies to carry out analytical studies of website usage. The user may consult the Cookie Policy at any time.
What happens if you provide us with third-party data?
In the event that, in the course of a relationship with the Consortium, you provide third-party data, we remind you that you are solely responsible for having obtained their prior consent to communicate the data to us for the purpose informed in each case, as well as for having informed them of the content of this Policy.
How we protect your personal data
The Consortium is aware of the importance of guaranteeing the security of the information transmitted with our clients, and to this end we have the maximum security measures in place to guarantee the confidentiality of communications.
The secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server establishes a connection in such a way that the information is transmitted encrypted, ensuring that it is only intelligible to the client's computer and our internet provider's server, complying with the pseudonymization conditions set out by the GDPR.
You can verify that the connection is being made through a secure server by checking that the address (URL) begins with https://, or that a closed padlock appears in the browser bar.

What are your rights?
The user may exercise their rights recognized under Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD) — access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability, erasure and restriction — by written communication addressed to the Consortium at [address] (Spain) or via our email address [email], stating their name, surname, address for notification purposes, date and signature of the request, and contact phone number and email.

Right to request access to your personal data

Right to request correction of your personal data

Minors

Data retention plan
In general, personal data will be kept for as long as you do not revoke your consent to the processing or request its deletion, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which the Consortium is bound.
The Consortium has established internal data retention policies designed to control the retention periods of personal data in its possession, so that such data may be deleted when it is no longer necessary and/or appropriate for the purpose for which it was collected.
Confidentiality
The Consortium is obliged, in accordance with the law, to maintain secrecy regarding the personal data accessed, even after the business relationship between both parties has ended.
Modification of the Privacy Policy
The Consortium may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, if it deems it necessary, whether for legal reasons, technical reasons, or due to changes in the nature or layout of the website, without any obligation to notify or inform the user of such modifications, its publication on the website itself being deemed sufficient.
Any modification will take effect with respect to users who use this website after such modification. Continued use of this site after the publication of any change will be considered acceptance of it.
